- Assist with product management tasks, including gathering requirements, tracking progress, and coordinating with stakeholders.
- Support the team in managing and maintaining Kanban boards and workflows.
- Assist in creating and updating process documentation using Powerpoint.
- Provide administrative support such as scheduling meetings, taking meeting minutes, and organizing project files.
- Assist in managing contracts and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Bilingual English/Korean preferred - SAP experience preferred - Project Management Experience a plus - 1 to 2 years experience working in a manufacturing facility - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality of work.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and propose solutions.
