00 an hour IT Support Technician Summary/Purpose Provide first and second level support to users with computer hardware and software issues.
Should be proficient with Microsoft Office products and Windows operating systems.
Able to demonstrate accurate and proficient problem solving and troubleshooting skills, resolving computer hardware, network and software problems.
Essential Duties and Accountabilities:
oSupport local and remote user questions, problems, and needs with prompt and courteous attention oPerform daily monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of resources.
oPerform daily administration activities oLaptop and desktop imaging, configuration, deployment and support oOnsite desktop/laptop/thin client support oAD account administration oProvide end user training/support for applications oExcellent interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills.
oEffective verbal and written communications skills.
Supervisory
Responsibilities:
oThis position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
oMust be able to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair end user computer issues.
(3-5 yrs exp) oFamiliar with helpdesk software (SDP) oProficient with Microsoft operating systems oExperience supporting mobile devices and MDM oExperience with Microsoft Server operating systems oGeneral knowledge of networking protocols oExperience with VMware, Anti-Virus Suites, O365, SCCM a plus oMust be able to prioritize and meet deadlines.

oAssociates Degree, Bachelor's Degree preferred oA
