Responsibilities:
Verify process Parameters of Check Sheets after Operator has completed Perform inspections of parts involving check fixture.
Perform inspections of spotwelds, GMAW welds and Laser welds.
Provide feedback on all acceptable finished goods and to aid the quarantine all problematic finished goods for QA analysis.
Notify Management immediately when any quality issue or test result falls outside of documented requirements.
Address day to day quality issues through resolution Special projects as assigned, working independently and/or within a team Provides other assistance to Quality & Plant Management as requested Work closely with shop floor to advise on Quality expectations.

Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Ability to use computer.
Inspection and/or production experience.
Ability to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds occasionally.
Ability to follow written instructions and perform very detailed and accurate work.
Ability to use standard measuring devices such as calipers, micrometers and scales.
Specific vision abilities required include close vision, and the ability to adjust focus Ability to use computer to record the results of checks.
Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision Excellent organizational skills Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret information Self-starter and/or team player with strong verbal written, and communication skills Courteous professional manner when interacting with all employees or during conflict resolution Solid technology skills with ability to utilize and learn various types of technology, a quick learner with a can-do attitude Strategic and proactive thinker with the ability to work in a growth-oriented organization Strong interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situation while demonstrating poise, tact, and diplomacy Strong integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Education and
Experience:
At a minimum, High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
1 to 3 experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
