Primary function is to perform the following standard work of loading / operating the Continuous Carburizing Furnace, Dump Machine / PT-9 repack machine, and Shot Blast.
Standard work to include but not limited to loading the furnace production charges, quality checks, updating the Kanban board, production paperwork, and the PT-9 dump machine STARTING PAY for this position is $15.
96 per hour with a pay increase after 90 days of employment.
ALL CANDIDATES MUST HAVE Ability to work 3rd shift with $0.
50 per hour shift premium, overtime and weekends, when needed.
3rd shift 6:
30pm - 7:
00am - 2 days on / 2 days off / 3 days on Ability to communicate and perform in a TEAM approach environment.
Willingness to undergo extensive testing including drug and medical screening.
QUALIFICATIONS Minimum High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Positive attitude.
Exceptional interpersonal skills/team oriented.
Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
Regular and punctual attendance.
